NYU and Greenwich Village rejoice!!!! Fresh & Co has opened in your hood. You don’t have to feast on unhealthy fast food anymore. Fresh & Co offers salads, sandwiches, pasta and hot meals that are Organic, Local Sustainable, Vegetarian and Vegan friendly and made Fresh Daily.
Cheapeats checked them out during their GRAND OPENING PARTY. We feasted on Grilled Chicken – that was antibiotic free, Chickpea & Kale Salad, Vegetarian Sandwiches, Turkey Meatballs, Lentil-Kale-Quinoa Soup and sinfully delicious Cupcakes.
For someone like me, who is already running around town, it’s hard to eat healthy on the run. But at Fresh & Co you can. My go to snack from them is their Morning Sunrise Yogurt Parfait – Greek Yogurt, Quinoa, Red Rice, Fresh Berries & Agave. It’s creamy, crunchy and sweet all the same time. Mmmmmm. But most of all healthy, satisfying and DELICIOUS.
